By purchasing or activating an eSIM through Seyferttec (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
eSIM: A digital profile that enables mobile services without a physical SIM card.
Bundle/Package: A data plan with specific validity and quota (e.g., 1 GB/7 days).
Activation: The process of installing the profile and validating the plan on your device.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
- The Service is for legitimate personal or business use. Resale without authorization is not allowed.
- Use for illegal activities, SPAM sending, or network abuse is strictly prohibited.
4. Purchase, Activation and Validity
After purchase, we will provide activation instructions (QR or manual). The plan validity usually starts upon activation or according to the conditions of the selected bundle.
5. Device Compatibility
You must ensure your device supports eSIM and is unlocked. We are not responsible for device incompatibility. We provide verification tools and activation guides.
6. Pricing, Payments and Refunds
- Prices may vary by country, provider, and market demand.
- Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal/Stripe).
- Refunds: evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Not applicable if the plan was fully or partially used, misused, or if the device was incompatible and our guides/tools were not consulted beforehand.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific speeds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable data security and minimization measures, including device detection for fraud prevention.
9. Fraud, Abuse and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or risk to the network/other users is detected.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software related to the Service belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
