Refund policy
If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the next payment cycle. This ensures transparency and fairness for all participants.
Cut-off and payment schedule
- Cut-off date: Last day of each month.
- Payments: Between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
- Payment methods: PayPal, international bank transfers, or local accounts (depending on country).
