Affiliate Program Terms

By registering as an affiliate in the Seyferttec eSIM program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions described below:

1. Eligibility

Individuals or legal entities of legal age with the capacity to contract and accept these terms may participate in this program.

2. Brand Usage

Affiliates may use official logos, images, and marketing materials provided by Seyferttec solely to promote authorized products. Modification of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Spam and SEM Policies

• Sending unsolicited emails (spam) is strictly prohibited.
• Bidding on SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) using the brand name “Seyferttec” or “Seyferttec eSIM” as keywords is not allowed.
• Deceptive or misleading practices to obtain clicks or sales are not permitted.

4. Fraud

The use of fraudulent techniques, such as automated clicks, fake purchases, or misuse of affiliate codes, will result in immediate account termination and loss of accumulated commissions.

5. Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any of the terms set forth herein.
• Improper use of Seyferttec’s brand or image.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected in your account.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo.

7. Acceptance

By registering for the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
