Can I get a refund if I already scanned/downloaded the QR?
In general, no. The code is already linked. However, we seek solutions: technical support and/or proportional store credit when feasible.
My eSIM doesn’t connect. Can I get a refund?
We first run diagnostics (APN, coverage, available network). If a service failure is confirmed and no data was used, we’ll apply the best solution possible (refund or credit).
I bought the wrong country/region
If it was not activated/downloaded, refund applies; if already activated, alternatives (store credit) may apply. Contact us to review it.
How long does it take to see the refund on my card?
We issue it within 1–3 business days after approval. Your bank may take 5–10 additional business days to reflect it.
