2) Refund Timeframes and Method
- Request window: 14 days from purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated/downloaded.
- Refund method: same original payment method or store credit if not eligible for direct refund.
- Processing time: once approved, refunds are issued within 1–3 business days; your bank/card issuer may take an additional 5–10 days.
3) How to Request a Refund
- Have your order number and email used at purchase ready.
- Email us at servicios@seyferttec.com or fill the form at Support.
- Describe the reason and whether the eSIM was downloaded/activated or not.
- Attach screenshots if there are error messages (e.g., “activation failed”).
4) Exceptions and Limits
- Fraud or abuse: we reserve the right to deny refunds in case of misuse or irregular patterns.
- Data consumption: if significant usage occurred, refunds do not apply; partial credit may be offered case-by-case.
- User input errors: wrong email, incompatible device, wrong country, etc., are non-refundable if the eSIM was activated.
- Promotions / coupons: refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid.
- Gateway fees: in full refunds, non-recoverable processor fees may be excluded, depending on your country.

5) Customer Responsibilities
- Check device compatibility and status (unlocked / carrier-free).
