How do I buy a plan and which payment methods are accepted?
Complete the process from the plan page. We accept cards and other methods available in your country. After payment you’ll see your order and receive a confirmation email.
Can I request a refund if I haven’t activated the eSIM?
Yes, if it hasn’t been activated and no data was consumed. Request it from your dashboard or contact us with your order number.
How do I activate my eSIM?
On your phone, go to Settings ▶ Mobile Data ▶ Add eSIM and scan the QR from your order. Follow on-screen steps and restart if prompted.
When does the plan validity start counting?
It depends on the plan: usually from installation/activation or on first data use. Your order shows the exact start date.
Is my device compatible with eSIM?
Use our detector on this site or check the compatible models list. Make sure your device is unlocked by your carrier.
Can I use my physical SIM and eSIM at the same time?
Yes. On most devices you can keep both and choose which to use for mobile data and (if available) for calls.
I deleted the eSIM or lost the QR. What should I do?
For security, most eSIMs allow a single installation. Contact us with your order number to evaluate reinstallation or replacement options.
I have no data or the connection is slow
Check that Mobile Data is enabled for the eSIM profile, restart the device, and verify the APN shown in your order. Try airplane mode for 20 seconds and re-enable.
How do I access my orders and receipts?
Log in and open My Orders. From there you can view history, download receipts, and check statuses.
How can I contact support?
Open the Help Center from your dashboard or write to us through the channels listed on the contact page. Include your order number and destination country.
I want to be an Agent/Affiliate — how do I start?
Visit the Partners section, submit the application, and after verification you’ll get access to the panel with links and sales materials.
Which plan do you recommend for my destination?
Use the country/region search on the plans page or ask the sales assistant for suggestions based on days and estimated usage.
